Scribble Marked Enamel Loop Stud Earrings

Mark-making scribble marks on a gently curved oval enamelled copper element with free moving oxidised sterling silver loop studs.

These scribble marked earrings are all handmade using a hand-drawn sgraffito technique, which involves covering the multiple fired enamelled surface in a final white coat and then scratching the top layer off to reveal the black surface underneath. It is then fired one last time.

Enamelled elements hang on a domed oval ring on a wrapped loop.
