Scribble Marked Enamel Long Leaf Earrings

Scribble marked round studs with leaf shaped wire drops.

These are all handmade using a hand-drawn sgraffito technique, which involves covering the multiple fired enamelled surfaces in a final white coat and then scratching the top layer off to reveal the black surface underneath. It is then fired one last time.

Mark-making scribble lines on an enamelled copper element in an oxidised sterling silver round dish stud.

Silver square wire was carefully shaped into an open leaf which has lovely free movement.
